One month's tuition is due May 1 (for the following year's tuition), four months before school starts in September. The Director must be notified prior to May 31, for the fee to be refunded, if the child will not be attending Holy Comforter Episcopal Preschool and Kindergarten. Tuition for the school year is divided into 9 equal payments. Checks should be made payable to Holy Comforter Episcopal Preschool & Kindergarten (HCEP&K). Please drop off tuition payments in the Director's office or mail to the school. Tuition payments after the 10th of the month must include a $15 late fee. Return check and auto debit fees are $35. We offer the opportunity for a direct debit for tuition. Please click on the link below for the direct debit form. There is an $80 non-refundable registration fee for each child or $150 for a family of two or more children enrolled.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarships may be provided for children who would benefit from the program, but whose family income precludes participation if the full tuition is charged. Criteria for determining need is established and reviewed by the Preschool & Kindergarten Board Finance Committee.
